Thorndale is a census-designated place in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 3,407 at the 2010 census. Thorndale is the commercial and administrative center of Caln Township. The community's main street is U.S. Route 30 Business. Many of Thorndale's old houses fell into disrepair from the late 1990s to present and have been torn down and replaced with new businesses. Thorndale is historically notable for containing a summer house of US President James Buchanan, which still stands and has been incorporated into a golf course and turned into a restaurant. The community contains the Thorndale Fire Station and Caln Elementary School, part of the Coatesville Area School District. Erik came out on 8/11 and did a thorough inspection, he asked me what my needs & concerns were, and listened very carefully while I explained the need for the service…He answered all of my questions clearly & concisely, making sure I understood what the next steps would be…Erik told me that if he wasn’t the one to come back, that it would be one of his guys who would be very knowledgeable and would answer any other questions I had or address any concerns I may have had after he left…We set up for service to start on 8/17, Jamal came, and he was very professional…He advised what he was going to do, and he asked me if I had any concerns or questions…Jamal also took the time to explain what he was doing & showed me everywhere he placed bait…Jamal was kind, courteous, quick & efficient….After Jamal was done with the service, he advised if I saw anything out of the ordinary as far as pests, I should call them immediately, as I am now a customer and you guys provide emergency service…. Guy named Eric was absolutely wonderful. He's pleasant, and explained this entire process to me. I had squirrels crawling into my guest bedroom through the floorboards from the outside. They were loud and a nuisance. Eric came and got rid of them for me!

We had a squirrel getting into our attic and digging it’s way through our ceiling. On a Friday morning before work my daughter saw a claw poke through her ceiling. She called and they were here in a few hours. They took care of the problem in an efficient and humane way and came out to check a couple days later. I am impressed with their service, professionalism and care.
